How to create your own word of mouth online – an evening workshop

We ran a workshop on November 24th led by Ben Storey.
After explaining the scale and importance of social media, we set about creating an imaginary person called Chris. This was in order to establish the importance of personality online not just offline. We ended the session with the four teams presenting back to the rest of the group showing how they would use social media to help with a range of scenarios from launching a new practice to dealing with a “crisis” online.
